DLT Seminar Series Session 8: Kodey Kilday-Thomas

​Join us for the eighth session of the DLT Seminar Series, live online via Microsoft Teams. This event is open to all who are interested in blockchain systems, decentralised infrastructure, and interoperability technologies.

​Our guest speaker, Kodey Kilday-Thomas from Chainlink Labs, will present Solving the Oracle Problem. The session will explore how Chainlink’s technologies, including the Cross Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) and the Off-Chain Reporting (OCR) protocol, address the challenges of connecting smart contracts with real-world data and enabling secure cross-chain communication.

​About the Speaker
Kodey Kilday-Thomas, MBCS, is a Senior Software Engineer at Chainlink Labs and a core contributor to CCIP, helping to expand the protocol to multiple non-EVM chains. He previously developed cold-storage custody solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions managing over 1 billion in assets under custody.
