​Elena Berendeeva. Elena is a Product Manager currently driving the development and launch of one of JetBrains' new AI products. With over 10 years of experience in Product Marketing and Product Management, I've successfully launched 20+ products across diverse industries. I'm passionate about startup culture and the energy of bringing new ideas to market.

​Gleb Melnikov. Gleb is a Senior Product Manager at JetBrains, leading the development of AI Assistant features with a focus on optimizing interactions between AI assistants and large language models (LLMs). Gleb is also an active mentor, helping shape the next generation of product leaders.

Zsuzsanna Tamás. Product leader at the intersection of AI/ML and customer experience, driven by a deep curiosity for technology and an obsession with what truly delights users. Zsuzsanna will be the facilitator of Build AI Products LAB at our conference on 17 September.

​From Zsuzsanna: Offline evaluation is foundational to building any ML system, but it only tells half the story. This talk explores how product managers can balance strong offline validation with online experimentation to truly measure product quality. We’ll cover best practices for evaluating models offline, highlight why offline performance often doesn’t translate into real-world success, and share a practical framework for closing that gap. From traditional ML models to emerging agentic systems, the message is clear: we need both rigor and real-world feedback to build impactful AI products.

• ​How do I get a ticket for the event?
  We have two options:

  • ​JOIN FREE is available two weeks before the starting date, upon venue capacity

• ​What if I’m unable to attend?
  No problem! Please let us know if you're unable to attend by cancelling your ticket.

• ​Is there any food & drinks at the event?
  Food and drinks (alcoholic and non-) will be available at the event. Please be aware that we are not responsible for allergies or any related issues. Attendees should exercise caution and manage their dietary needs accordingly.

• ​Ban policy, as we have limited tickets!
  While we understand plans can change, cancel your ticket to make space for others. Our 3-strike rule may result in a 6-month ban for repeated instances of cancellation.

• ​How to change your joining status
  On the Luma app or from your email confirmation, you can access your ticket and click to cancel your attendance.

• ​Closing door policy: Can I enter after 19:00?
  Doors close promptly at 19:00 to ensure the event begins on time. Please arrive a few minutes early for a smooth entry. Your punctuality helps us deliver a better event experience. Thank you!
