

The Analog Station! A Creative Coding Workshop
A workshop for beginners, The Analog Station introduces micro-controllers, sensors, programming and hands-on soldering skills. Students will go home with fun device they built themselves!
The workshop is designed for beginners, but rich enough for advanced makers.
Topics include:
• How to solder!
• An introduction to Arduino and microcontrollers
• Insights into custom PCB design and fabrication
• How to use sensors, meters and LEDs
• The basics of hardware programming and code

What does it do? Two things!
Audio Mode: Bass, mids, and treble each get their own meter. Bring an analog visualizer to your desk or sound system. It responds to music, ambient noise, or voice.
Climate Mode: With the flick of a switch, The Analog Station displays temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure.
Pricing:
$250 includes four hours of instruction and all the materials and tools necessary to build the Analog Kit.
For $300 participants will support future workshops, the organizations that host them and receive a special edition black circuit board!
