In this hack-along, she walks through how the team used Tilda to benchmark the long-running classroom heavy program against a skill-based digital first model. By feeding both designs into Tilda, they pinpointed where each concept met or missed adult-learning and transfer criteria. The session explores the full evaluation workflow in Tilda, the key findings, and how these insights will shape the team's learning strategy moving forward.
