Marek Szeszycki | Founder, Facilitative Strategist, Collaboration Coach
A Transformation Guide and Collaboration Coach, Marek Szeszycki has dedicated more than 14 years inside corporations, startups, and consultancies, designing experiences that turn complex challenges into shared direction and committed action. Turns out the secret is that people commit to what they help create. He founded With Courage Studio to bring that practice to health, wellness, and fitness founders, helping them turn their vision into a future that everyone involved commits to and sustains.
His own journey, reversing illness, losing more than 100 pounds, navigating his transgender wellness, and becoming a CrossFit coach, is what makes this personal. The practitioners who guided his transformation are the reason he shows up for theirs.
He plays trumpet in multiple bands and believes the best facilitation looks a lot like improvisation: structure shaped in the moment. He lives in Oakland, CA, with his spouse Jae, who sings, and their dog Airis, who does not.

Jonathan White | Founder, Hiro Studio - Miro Experience Designer + Facilitator
Over the past six years, Jon has been working with clients and colleagues all over the world to create amazing Miro Experiences that get audiences excited and engaged. Drawing from his 20+ years of experience as a Lean Consultant, Jon has a natural, warm, and entertaining facilitation style and an uncanny ability to bring models, tools, and templates to life in Miro. In our time working together, we’ve not found a methodology or approach that can stump Jon (just try us!), so consultants, trainers, coaches and facilitators can both exhale with relief and rejoice with him on their side. Jon loves movies so much that he has his own movie review podcast, so make sure to chat him up about your favourite flick! Jon is also wild for remote collaboration (thus his passion for Miro), so if your question is ever “What do we do?”, his response will definitely be “Create a Miro board!”
Rachel Davis | Collaboration Co-Pilot + LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator
As a Collaboration Co-Pilot, Rach helps people think sideways through interactive sessions, adding in more wonder and what ifs to get creative and useful outcomes. She partners with teams to interrupt bias, help them get out of their own way, and work through challenging problems together without getting stuck in unproductive patterns. Her zig zaggy experience in design thinking, strategy, brand building, user experience, and facilitation brings methods from all different perspectives and industries, and she’s always learning more! She looks for inspiration everywhere and one of her favorite things to explore are books. Her reading list is ever growing, so don’t ever hesitate to ask her for a suggestion on what to read next!
