Antler in Berlin - Interns Interview Day
We're looking for two interns to join Antler Berlin, and we're doing it the way we do most things: in person, efficiently, and without wasting anyone's time.
On the day, you'll meet the team, see how we actually operate, and go through a short interview. No case studies sent in advance, no five-round processes. Just a real conversation about what you're good at and what you want to learn.
Both the internships start as soon as possible.
The two roles:
Visiting Investment Analyst — You'd be working with our investment team on everything from scouting, founder evaluation and market mapping to portfolio support. This suits someone who is intellectually curious, opinionated about startups, and wants to understand how early-stage investment decisions actually get made — not just the theory.
Visiting Operations Analyst — You'd be working directly with our Operations Manager on the engine that makes Antler run: founder scouting, residency logistics, automation, events, and everything in between. This suits someone who is hands-on, doesn't mind repetitive work if it matters, and genuinely enjoys making complex things run smoothly. Bonus if you've touched no-code tools or have a bias for fixing things before being asked.
Both roles are based in our Berlin office, fully in-person.
Who should apply: You're a student or recent graduate. You're available for at least 4 months. You'd rather do real work than shadow someone. You're not precious about job titles or glamour.
