The Craft Collective Event Cancellation Policy

​To keep our community flowing with good vibes and fairness, please review our cancellation policy:

​Only RSVP for events you know you can attend. Many of our events have limited space, and we provide headcount's to our host venues — your RSVP holds a spot someone else may need.

​If you can’t make it, you’re more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or another creative — replacing your presence means it will not be counted as a no-show. You can use the Geneva app or connect with others through our social media to trade or transfer tickets.

​If you can’t make it, please cancel your RSVP at least 2–3 days in advance so we can offer your seat to another creative in the community.

​We get that life happens — if you have an emergency or last-minute conflict, cancel as early as possible and can notify an admin directly.

All ticket sales are final. The Craft Collective operates with a strict 

, as materials and venue accommodations are prepared in advance based on RSVP headcounts. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend — simply notify us so we can update the guest list. Utilize the Geneva app or our social media accounts to coordinate a ticket transfer.

The Craft Collective is kicking off 2026 with a cozy, intentional Vision Collaging Night—a space to pause, reflect, and gently set the tone for the month ahead.

This is not about rigid resolutions or pressure to “have it all figured out.” Instead, we’re creating visual reminders of what we want to feel, grow, and welcome in 2026.

January’s vision is intentional beginnings—planting seeds, dreaming softly, and aligning with what truly matters to you.

Through collage, imagery, words, and intuition, you’ll create a vision piece that reflects:

✨ All materials will be provided but feel free to bring any pictures for your vision.

✨ No art experience needed—just an open heart

✨ POC + queer-affirming, community-centered space

🌿 Please plan to support Plant and People during the event by purchasing food, drinks, or goods from the space. Supporting our host helps make these gatherings possible and keeps community spaces thriving.
