At a time when almost every startup is experimenting with AI in some form, one question matters more than the technology itself: where is value actually created, and how can it be increased?
In this SEE UP Session, Branislav Vujović will lead a practical workshop focused on understanding value in the digital economy and exploring the impact AI is having on the way companies build their offer, differentiate in the market, and increase overall business value.
The session is designed as an interactive and hands-on format, with the goal of giving participants more than just a theoretical framework. In the first part of the workshop, Branislav will lead a discussion on how value is created in modern digital business, what principles sit behind strong value creation models, and how AI is changing the logic of how value is built, delivered, and scaled. Through practical examples and real-world cases, the conversation will focus on what startups need most today: a clearer understanding of the value they bring to the market and how that value can be strengthened.
The second part of the workshop will be structured as group work, where participants will apply the ideas discussed in the first section to concrete startup examples and their own business models. The objective is not only to reflect on the topic at a high level, but to leave the session with useful insights that can help improve product positioning, offering, and long-term business potential.

Branislav Vujović is a digital enthusiast, business angel, consultant, mentor, and advisor. He is the author of Between 2 Worlds, A Road to the Digital World and, together with Goran Pitić, Digital Prysm, as well as numerous articles on the digital economy.
He is a visiting professor, lecturer, speaker, board member, and investor, and was also a member of the Council for the Scaling Club project of the European Innovation Council.
He is the recipient of the 2021 Charter for Excellence of the Serbian Association of Economists for his outstanding contribution to business economics and management.
