Industrial Base Hackathon III: Western New York
What if years of critical supply-chain delays could be collapsed into months, or even weeks?
Ad Astra Group's Industrial Base Hackathon series tackles the systemic bottlenecks slowing America's critical supply chains. This hackathon is co-hosted and sponsored by Springboard NY, made possible by the generous support of The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, and co-hosted with New American Industrial Alliance (NAIA), behind the Reindustrialize Summit, New York Power Authority (NYPA), and Jack Greco in Western New York.
We bring together manufacturers, founders, investors, primes, operators, government, and academia to transform pre-surfaced industrial chokepoints into implementable, investable solutions, industry, capital, and government can act on.
The Goal: Accelerate rebuilding America's industrial base across energy, defense, telecom, food, medical devices, aerospace, and more.
What we'll do in one day
Cross-domain teams tackle 8 to 10 pre-surfaced bottlenecks, map root causes, and develop actionable solutions. Findings feed directly into a national Bottleneck Tracker and public Results Report, compounding into a dataset that informs future hackathons, policy, and financing.
Food and drinks provided.
Who this is for
We're curating people who have real insight into operations and can actually move the needle: manufacturers & primes, investors & lenders, government & policy leaders, operators & ecosystem builders. If you work on real production capacity, innovation, or the capital and policy that shape it, you're in the right room.
How to participate
This isn't a networking event. It's a curated working session solving real problems.
