"Bits & Bembel" - The Bits & Pretzels Community Meet-up | Frankfurt
As announced, we are excited to be kicking off our first Bits & Pretzels - FFM Meetup.
We are sticking with the BITS25 theme of “Connecting Europe.”
European openness meets regional charm and Frankfurt conviviality.
We affectionately called it “Bits & Bembel” here in Frankfurt. The location is a traditional “Ebbelwoiwirtschaft” in Sachsenhausen.
We were able to win Kai Burghardt, co-founder of Meet5, as a keynote speaker.
Meet5, Europe's largest socializing app for people over 40, announced a Series A financing round in September. Eight million euros were raised. With this capital, the Frankfurt-based company is doubling its team to 80 employees and expanding into the Benelux countries, France, and the USA. Read more about this in the article on STATION here:

Statt Bits & Pretzels nenne wir es hier in Frankfurt liebevoll "Bits & Bembel". Treffpunkt ist eine traditionelle "Ebbelwoiwirtschaft" in Sachsenhausen.
Als Impulsgeber konnten wir den Co-Founder von Meet5, Kai Burghardt, gewinnen.
Meet5, Europas größte Socializing-App für Menschen ab 40, hat im September eine Series-A Finanzierungsrunde bekanntgegeben. Es wurden 8 Millionen Euro geraised. Mit dem Kapital verdoppelt das Frankfurter Unternehmen sein Team auf 80 Mitarbeitende, expandiert in die Benelux-Länder, nach Frankreich und in die USA. Mehr dazu im Artikel auf STATION hier:
