Every Thursday at 10am PST, the CEO Operating Room brings in one operator or investor — and opens the floor.
Each session focuses on one discipline: GTM, product, AI leverage, capital, leadership, or neuroscience and decision-making under pressure. The guest is either a world-class operator who has led that function inside a high-growth B2B SaaS company — or a VC or GP who reviews deals from first check to Series B and will tell you exactly what they look for and what makes them pass.
The format is direct. Members bring their real questions — about their actual pipeline, their actual deck, their actual team. The guest responds with the kind of feedback that usually only happens in a board meeting or a closed VC call.
No pitch decks from the guest. No sponsored content. No motivational framing. Just someone who has seen this problem across dozens of companies — telling you what they actually think.
