Female Founders Breakfast: Cascais
This edition will be about "Leading Like a Woman" Real talk on feminine and male energy, leadership & building without burning out.
In March, a month when we celebrate the International Women’s Day and the Father’s Day, we're gathering a small group of female founders for an honest morning conversation about what it really means to lead as a woman.
We all carry both masculine and feminine energy. Most of us have spent years leaning hard into the masculine - driving, pushing, performing. It works. Until it doesn't.
Our guest Shannon Limpens - Flow Dance teacher coach, mompreneur and co-founder of the Pear to Happiness Project - did exactly that. She survived in corporate and now thrives in entrepreneurship.
She'll share her story, and we'll open the floor to a raw, grounded discussion about what female leadership actually looks like in practice.
We'll talk about:
Masculine vs. feminine energy in business - what helps, what costs us
What it means to lead from the feminine side (and why it's not weakness)
How to thrive in male-dominated spaces without losing yourself
What we need to feel good in our skin and in our business
What to expect?
We’ll meet at 9:00 AM at Luna House, a coworking space & boutique guesthouse just 10 minutes on foot from the Cascais Train Station.
The breakfast facilitated by our ambassador Tania Timkova.
Please arrive punctually to participate in the introduction round and networking.
You won’t leave hungry. We’ll serve:
Coffee, tea, fresh juice, croissants, and seasonal fruit.
