Ripple Oslo Nº 3: The Product Loop
The core tensions in product work is that the people building and the people using are almost never in the same room and customers say one thing and mean another.
In this Ripple event we are exploring how we close the distance between builder and user. When we can automate building some say we should build what the customer wants automatically. Others say the customer buys a point of view and a set of decision; that product work is about figuring out how to solve the problem in a deeper level than what the customer can and do what the customer don't know that they want.
