​How companies of all sizes are adapting to a world where AI is part of their organizational DNA. Join us for an evening focused on what it really means to become an AI-First company—where AI isn’t just a tool, but part of the organization’s core DNA.
​We’ll kick things off with a keynote by Lior Schachter, CTO of Natural Intelligence—a global leader in intent marketing that has integrated AI across its operations to become a truly AI-first company.
​Then, we’ll dive into a panel discussion featuring three unique perspectives:
​Amos Bar Joseph, CEO of Swan AI – sharing his unique story of how he built an AI-Native company around just 3 employees, reaching an incredible $30M ARR
​Lior Schachter, CTO of Natural Intelligence – sharing how NI embraced AI across its products, tech, and data to scale as a global leader
​Idan Levi, Senior Manager at Red Hat – sharing how Red Hat went all in on AI to become an AI leader and AI-First enterprise
​Together, they’ll explore the cultural shifts, strategic dilemmas, ROI questions, and ethical considerations that come with becoming AI-First from a startup, mid-size company, and an enterprise perspective. We’ll also touch on the challenges and opportunities this transition brings—from organizational transformation to regulation, innovation, and long-term growth.

​Idan Levi – A technology leader with 15+ years of experience in AI, cloud, and data innovation. Drives strategic partnerships in AI, Edge, Compute, and Security, shaping the future of enterprise AI. With a track record of incubating high-impact teams and advancing AI-driven ecosystems, Idan brings deep expertise in open collaboration and next-gen tech solutions.
​Lior Schachter – The CTO & AI Tsar at Natural Intelligence, where he drives the company’s technology and product vision while fostering a culture of innovation. He oversees technology, business operations, and the company’s subsidiaries, combining deep technical expertise with strategic business insight to align product and tech roadmaps with organizational goals. Under his leadership, Natural Intelligence has implemented a comprehensive GenAI strategy—boosting productivity, elevating products, and positioning the company at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
​Amos Bar Joseph – A repeat founder with two successful exits, Amos is pioneering a new model of scaling businesses through intelligence rather than headcount. With 3 employees and no sales or go-to-market team, he led his new startup, Swan AI, to $1M ARR in 9 weeks, and to $30M ARR ($10M ARR per employee!). All using a fleet of autonomous AI agents.
