Voluntary Participation
Your participation in all activities, including swimming or use of the pool area, is voluntary. You understand that pool-side and water-related activities involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, or other injuries.Assumption of Risk
You assume all risks associated with your participation and agree that the HumidFii team, Butterfly Research, Zero Position Foundation and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, event organizers and host hotel will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage you may sustain while participating in or attending the event.Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own conduct and safety. Please follow all hotel/pool rules, posted signage, and instructions from hotel staff and event organizers. If you choose to consume alcohol, you agree to do so responsibly.No Lifeguard Guarantee
You acknowledge that the pool may not have a lifeguard on duty and that you are solely responsible for your safety in and around the water.Release & Waiver
