About Event

Whether you’re exploring sexual connections, kink dynamics, or full-blown intimate partnerships, non-monogamy creates exciting opportunities not accessible in traditional relationships. Non-monogamy also comes with challenges: considering the needs and desires of multiple people simultaneously is no easy task. This workshop is designed for anyone practicing non-monogamy who is interested in establishing a set of guidelines or “agreements” with existing partners that can be used as a roadmap while you navigate new experiences.

Join us at the Hit Me Up Loft at 7pm. Workshop runs from 7:30-9:30. N/A Drinks, snacks and socializing afterwards.

About the presenter: Alissa Silverstein, LCSW (any/all) is a psychotherapist and coach who specializes in working with queer, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals and relationships. Outside of therapy and coaching, Alissa is an adjunct lecturer at Columbia University School of Social Work (where she teaches classes on decolonizing social work and clinical practice with LGBTQIA2S+ communities) and serves as a board member of Open Social (a platonic community for explorers of non-monogamy). Alissa's work as a clinician, coach, educator, and organizer is informed by over a decade of personal experience practicing non-monogamy.
