​You may not be aware but due to Talk UX, LTUX Brighton is now a business. We are limited by guarantee – this means any money we make goes directly into running and funding the group. 

​This presents both opportunities and challenges...

• ​Opportunities – we can more easily collaborate with other groups and run low price events in addition to our cadre of free events

• ​Challenges – we need to pay taxes and have a greater level of governance.

​We have a big choice in light of a high level of sector uncertainty... do we stay as we are, do we end, or do we evolve? This choice will be guided by the folks who attend the Annual General Meeting.
