Agent Arena Workshop + Ideathon Series

No prior blockchain experience needed. Just curiosity and a laptop.
This is the second stop in the Agent Arena series. One week ago in Bursa, builders tested the platform for the first time. Today in Eskişehir, you experience it, see how it's built, and use the same tools to create something of your own.
👥 Who is this for
Computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, and statistics students at ESTÜ, Anadolu University, and Osmangazi University. Both coding teams and concept-only teams can compete and win.
🗓️ Schedule
[3:00 PM] Opening. "Today you'll experience blockchain hands-on, then design your own AI agent application and pitch it." Live Feed projected on screen.
[3:05 PM] Speed Onboarding. QR, Google login, embedded wallet created automatically. Test AVAX in your wallet in under 2 minutes.
[3:10 PM] First Transfer and Live Feed. Send 0.01 test AVAX to a neighbor. Every transaction appears on the big screen in real time. "This isn't a simulation. No bank, no intermediary."
[3:20 PM] AI Agent Challenge. Meet Arena. Demonstrate your blockchain knowledge and convince it — it only mints your NFT when satisfied. Every success announced on the Live Feed.
[3:35 PM] Under the Hood. The exact stack revealed. thirdweb embedded wallets, Claude API, Supabase Realtime, Avalanche Fuji Testnet. Open-source starter templates introduced. "Everything you just used is open. Now build something with it."
[3:45 PM] Challenge Brief and Team Formation. Theme: "When an AI agent has its own wallet, can make autonomous decisions, and execute on-chain transactions — what do you build?" Four tracks. Teams of 2 to 4. Coding and concept pitch are both valid paths.
[3:55 PM] Build Sprint. 55 minutes. Coding teams fork starter templates and ship. Pitch teams develop their ideas with mockups. Mentors circulate throughout.
[4:50 PM] Final Prep. Demo testing, presentation practice.
[5:00 PM] Lightning Pitches. 2 minutes per team, 30 seconds Q&A. 8 to 10 teams. Timer on projector.
[5:20 PM] Judging and Networking. Panel deliberates while participants explore each other's projects.
[5:25 PM] Awards and Closing.
