Somartica
Somartica:
Where movement meets creativity
& presence meets play
An evening where meditation melts into movement, movement makes way to art, and before you know it, you're drawing on the walls, rolling on the ground belly laughing, and connecting with yourself and others in ways you forgot you remembered. 🤸🏽♀️
Somartica blends somatics with art through research-backed methods that help quiet your mind, settle your nervous system, and get you into flow.
Like a nervous system reset meets a one night summer camp meets art class meets ... play!!!
What you'll find in the room:
✨ A somatic meditation ~ help settle your nervous system
🌀 Intuitive movement ~ open into presence + flow
🎨 Joyful creative expression ~ yarn, crayons, paint ...
🤸🏽♀️ Pure, unscripted play ~ wiggle, release, giggle
🌿 A nourishing closing ~ leave refreshed + ready to re-enter the world
You'll laugh. You'll connect. You'll forget your worries. And you might even leave more grounded, more open, and more free.
What people are saying:
"Somartica is a blast."
"I was out of my head and in a silly flow state the whole time!"
Whether you're a seasoned mover and artist or complete beginner - no experience necessary. Your body knows how to move. You just need to show up. ✨
Can't wait to see you there. ❤️
Wear clothes you can move in.
