Beyond Generation

What comes next for global content systems

Generative AI has transformed how we create global content—bringing unprecedented speed, scale, and flexibility. But as these capabilities mature, a new question is emerging: what comes next?

This talk explores the next step for the industry—not as a replacement for what exists, but as a natural progression. It introduces the idea of context as a system: something that can be explicitly defined, structured, and operated, rather than inferred at the moment of creation. We will examine the role of generative AI within this shift and outline the architectural direction required to move from producing content to shaping outcomes across markets.

Speaker Bio

Agustín is a localization and AI leader with over 25 years of experience shaping global content systems. A former Director of Global Data and AI at Microsoft, and co-founder of Trilogica Global, he is a co-creator of the DirectGC™ methodology, focused on designing AI-native, context-driven approaches to multilingual content production.

--------------------------------------------------------------Hello Everyone,

We are creating a very special event that we believe is a world first, as we will have a LocLunch™ event between the communities of Seattle and Vancouver, at a neutral location in Peace Arch Park.

We will have presenters from both communities and there will be ample time to network and exchange ideas.

Please enroll so that we can contact you regarding catering options. Also, there might be a cost associated with the event, in addition to catering as we had to secure a meeting room, but cost will be reasonable.

Attendees can park on either side of the border and do not need to cross the border, avoiding both traffic delays and bureaucratic issues.

USA visitors, the park entrance is accessible via either north or southbound Exit 276 on I5.
Address: 19 A Street, Blaine, WA 98230, USA

Canadian visitors can access the park entrance by taking southbound Hwy 99 West onto Beach.

Address: 138 Peace Park Dr, Surrey, BC V3S 9N8, Canada

Hope to see you there,
Dhani, Sako, Elizabeth, Jorge (LocLunch™ Seattle) & Alejandra (LocLunch™ Vancouver)
