Working with AI: Workflows, agents, and systems that stick
A 3-hour hands-on workshop where you set up an AI system that's actually useful for your daily work.
Most of us are using AI daily. Ask it to write an email, summarize a document, maybe plan a trip. It's helpful, but not really mind-blowing.
The problem is that we're treating AI as a one-off tool when it should be an ongoing part of how we work. But that requires some setup, and that's what this workshop is about.
What we'll cover:
How AI tools actually work, in plain language, and why giving them context about your work makes all the difference
Building a personal AI workspace that remembers your projects, preferences, and priorities (we do this together, hands-on)
Practicing 2-3 real workflows on your actual work. You vote on which ones before the workshop. Examples include: weekly planning, processing meeting notes into actions, setting up new projects, tracking follow-ups, writing client updates
You'll leave with a working setup and a clear plan for what to use it on first.
This is for: Freelancers, team leads, project managers, small business owners. Anyone who manages work and wants to explore what AI can do beyond basic chat. No technical background needed.
8 spots. Laptop and a Claude Pro account required.
If you have any questions, or wondering if this is right for you, just send me a message!
Hosted at Kompis Collective, a small coworking space in Lapa.
