Kevin is a Partner at KMB Law and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups. His practice includes purchase and sale transactions (asset and share), corporate matters, professional client corporate services, private equity transactions, and corporate reorganizations.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Queen’s University and earned his Juris Doctor with a specialization in Business Law from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. He has also completed the Osgoode Certificate in Canadian Securities Law and Practice through Osgoode Hall Law School. Outside the office, Kevin enjoys playing and watching hockey, baseball, and golf.
