MIX: Innovation in Mental Health
Inviting all innovators, changemakers, artists, entrepreneurs, researchers, policymakers, community leaders, educators, and neighbors to join us at our May MIX - the Monthly Innovation eXchange!
May Topic: Innovation in Mental Health
Mental health is shaped as much by our environments, communities, and experiences as it is by clinical care, and innovation is happening in all of those spaces. In Baltimore, a growing ecosystem of leaders is rethinking how we understand, treat, and support mental health in ways that are more accessible, culturally grounded, and responsive to real life.
This session brings together voices across sectors - from research and clinical care to community-based healing, creative expression, and entrepreneurship - to explore what innovation in mental health truly looks like. Together, we’ll examine how different approaches can complement one another, where gaps still exist, and how Baltimore can continue to lead in building more holistic, inclusive systems of care.
MIX isn’t a panel; it’s an active space for conversation, imagination, and new connections.
