Meditation Lab: Exploring How Vipassana Meditation Transforms Our Relationship to Discomfort

Aung Moe invites us for an experiential workshop to investigate discomfort, not as something to avoid, but as a gateway to insight. Through guided Vipassana practice and reflective dialogue, we’ll explore how meditation cultivates awareness, reframes pain, and opens space for resilience and choice.

Join us for the Boston Meditation Forum, a monthly community event focused on nonsectarian meditation research, education, and innovation. Each gathering features a keynote speaker from the fields of contemplative practice, science, or culture, followed by time for informal conversation and networking. Some speakers may also include a short guided meditation.

The event runs for two hours, beginning with a short welcome, a featured talk, presentation, or guided session, and time afterward for mingling and dialogue. We welcome practitioners, students, researchers, and all who are curious.

Refreshments provided when available.

Admission is free, but donations are welcome to help sustain this public offering. Your contribution is tax-deductible. Donate online here: https://www.meditationartifacts.org/donate
