​🚀 What is Builder Day?

​Final Pitch 직전에 열리는 현장 점검 세션입니다.

​스폰서를 얼굴 보고 인사하는 자리가 아니에요. 지금까지 만든 걸 실제 기준으로 검증받는 자리에 더 가깝습니다.

​각 스폰서가 직접 와서 이야기합니다:

• ​어떤 프로젝트를 보고 싶은지

• ​어떤 방향이 설득력 있는지

• ​어떤 팀에게 기회가 있는지

​그리고 바로 팀들과 대화를 이어갑니다.

​🔍 Why this matters

​해커톤 후반부에 흔히 생기는 문제 몇 가지:

• ​기능은 많은데 핵심이 흐려짐

• ​뭘 강조해야 할지 모름

• ​피치가 길고 애매함

​이 시점에서 중요한 건 더 만드는 게 아니에요. 맞게 정리하는 겁니다.

​Builder Day에 오면:

• ​"이거 왜 중요한지"가 정리되고

• ​"이 트랙에 맞는지"가 보이고

• ​"피치를 어떻게 바꿀지"가 잡힙니다.

​Final 전에 방향을 바꿀 수 있는 사실상 마지막 기회입니다.

​구조는 단순합니다.

​Sponsor Pitch → 바로 소수 인원 미팅

• ​스폰서 15분 피치

• ​관심 있는 팀은 바로 이동

• ​동시에 다음 피치 진행

​👉 끊기지 않고 계속 이어지는 flow

​🚀 What is Builder Day?

​A live checkpoint session — held right before Final Pitch Day.

​This isn't a sponsor meet-and-greet. It's closer to a real validation session for whatever you've built so far. Each sponsor shows up in person to share what they actually want to see: which project directions make sense, which teams have a shot, and what's missing. Then they go straight into conversations with teams.

​🔍 Why this matters

​Late-stage hackathon problems tend to look the same:

• ​Too many features, unclear core

• ​Not sure what to emphasize

• ​Pitch is long and hard to follow

​At this point, building more isn't the answer. Getting clarity is.

​After Builder Day, you'll know why your project matters, whether it fits the track, and exactly what to fix in your pitch. It's the last real chance to adjust direction before the final.

​🏗️ How it works

​Simple structure. Sponsor Pitch → straight into meetings.

​Each sponsor does a 15-minute pitch. Teams who are interested move to the meeting room right after. While that's happening, the next sponsor pitch starts. No dead time, no waiting around.

​You don't need much. But these help:

• ​A 2–3 minute explanation of your project

• ​Current build state (demo if you have it)

• ​1–2 specific blockers or questions

​The more specific your questions, the more useful the feedback.
