PARTNER PANEL

Joe Cox, Host of CryptoMondays Wall Street and Cofounder @ Valmar Capital will moderate conversations with:

Marc LoPresti, CEO Market Rebellion, shares Trending Reports from the front lines. As seen on CNN and News Max. Marc will share what accomplished investors, founders and proven risk-takers reveal and how they recognize emerging trends, evaluate risk and act with conviction. From public markets and artificial intelligence to private companies, pre-IPO access and crowdfunding.

Kelly Ye, Cofounder and CIO @ Coin Bridge, which is redefining global capital flow by originating, structuring, and investing in institutional-quality tokenized assets.

Lucas Gaylord, Founder and CEO @ World Markets, which is launching a hotly-anticipated DEX to unify trading activity across those same institutional-quality assets.

These discussions will explore the accelerating convergence of traditional and digital finance, institutional adoption / application, asset tokenization, regulation, and the increasingly important financial bridge between the United States and European Union.

Luxembourg offers a unique perspective on this conversation. The country has become an important European financial and regulatory hub for global companies, including Coinbase, while maintaining deep economic ties with the United States.

PRESENTING PARTNERS

World Markets

World Markets is building an on-chain financial marketplace ("DEX"), bringing spot trading, perpetual futures, and lending together through a unified cross margin system.

THE CONVERSATION

What developments will lead digital asset into further institutional finance?

How do the United States and European Union approach the next phase of digital asset regulation?

What role will Luxembourg play as global financial institutions, fintech companies, and digital asset businesses expand into Europe?

And as tokenization moves from concept to implementation, where do real world assets, DeFi, institutional capital, and traditional markets begin to converge?

A HISTORIC SETTING FOR A KINETIC CONVERSATION

Our evening takes place inside The Luxembourg House, a historic five story Upper East Side townhouse once home to legendary American composer Irving Berlin and his family.

Following Berlin’s death, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg acquired the residence from the Berlin estate in 1990. Today, 17 Beekman Place serves as an important home for Luxembourg’s diplomatic, consular, trade, and investment presence in New York.

The setting feels particularly fitting.

Old World meets new world.

New York meets Luxembourg.

The United States meets Europe.

Traditional finance meets an emerging digital financial system.
