​Kevin Kang is a Co-Founder at Reap, a global financial technology company that enables financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide through stablecoin-enabled infrastructure. At Reap, Kevin oversees the company's overall operations and strategic growth initiatives, and is also responsible for driving organizational efficiency. His leadership has contributed significantly to the company's position as an innovative leader in the financial technology space.

​Kevin began his career in traditional finance and investment banking, where he witnessed firsthand the barriers to access in legacy financial systems for both web2 and web3 companies. Recognizing this opportunity to bridge these gaps using innovative financial technology, he co-founded Reap in 2018 with Daren Guo, his childhood best friend.

​Kevin views the emergence of stablecoins as a powerful technological enabler to solve real-world payment problems in more efficient ways. He is passionate about fintech, digital financing, mass adoption, and Web3 payments. He is a frequent speaker at various industry events and conferences.
