Founders Reset - Sauna, Ice & Dinner
We spend our days talking to screens. We get home at night and start again the next morning. Eventually we forget something simple: the best connections don't happen over a video call.
I'm personally hosting an evening for 30 founders at Re-Set. The format is deliberately minimal, built around three things I care deeply about: founder mode, longevity, and good food.
Here's the program:
7:00 – 7:15 PM : Arrival at Re-Set. Grab your towel, drop your things in a locker. I'll give you 3 numbers to remember and write one number on your forearm.
7:15 – 8:15 PM : A double contrast therapy session: 2× (15 min sauna + 5 min ice bath + 10 min agora).
8:15 – 8:30 PM : Quick shower, get dressed.
8:30 – 10:30 PM : A "Timeleft-style" dinner in groups of 6 at a restaurant right next door. We'll talk about the experience, longevity, the “founder loneliness”, and the other things we inevitably have in common.
Why this night is special and one of a kind:
I handle the curation personally. 15 women, 15 men, all great connectors in founder mode, with a wild urge to change the world. Nothing more, nothing less.
You'll be matched with other participants at every stage of the experience, and again at dinner. Keep an open mind and you'll walk out with at least 2 or 3 solid new relationships.
Let's be honest: getting to know someone at 90°C, or looking each other in the eye at 5°C, builds bonds fast.
No pitches, no forced networking. Tonight nobody has anything to sell except their good mood and a real desire to make friends.
Dinner is right next door, most likely alcohol-free after the contrast therapy, in small groups. You'll have assigned seating and a few simple rules to follow. After seating 1.3 million people for dinner over the past 3 years with Timeleft... trust me, I'm a pilot.
How to take part:
This is the hardest part. I'm intentionally very selective to guarantee a good mix of gender, personality, and profiles (founders, but also startups).
Reserve your spot to join the waiting list. I'll approve participants progressively. If you're not confirmed right away, no stress, I'm giving myself until June 10 to close the guest list.
Never done an ice bath or sauna? Don't worry, you'll be in good hands and well guided. It's for all levels, and everyone is free to step out of the sauna or bath at any moment. Nobody is forced into anything.
And if you don't get a spot? Tell your ego to relax. If the event is a success, we'll probably run a second edition next month.
Your €30 ticket includes: a spot at the experience, the full Reset session (sauna + ice bath + agora), and your seat at the dinner. Dinner itself is not included (everyone pays their own share at the restaurant)
