About Event

What does it actually take to build in biotech?

BioSolutions is a two-day, curated hackathon bringing together founders, scientists, engineers, and aspiring builders to explore and create at the intersection of AI, biotechnology, and drug discovery.

Participants will work on real problem statements sourced directly from companies operating in AI × Bio, pharma, and synthetic biology—offering a rare opportunity to engage with challenges that teams in industry are actively thinking about today.

Thank you to our community sponsors!

Replit- Replit is an AI-powered platform that lets you create and publish apps from a single browser tab. Instead of wrestling with complex development environments, you get coding, publishing, and collaboration tools in one integrated interface.Building apps traditionally requires installing programs, languages, and packages—a time-consuming setup process. On Replit, the platform configures your environment instantly, so you can start building whether you’re a beginner or experienced developer.

GenSpace- Genspace is the world’s first community biology lab — a place where people of all backgrounds and identities can learn, create, and grow with the life sciences. Since 2009, we have served the greater New York area by providing hands-on STEAM education programs for youth and adults, cultural and outreach events for the public, and a membership program to support New York’s community of creatives, researchers, and entrepreneurs. Our programs demystify scientific processes, provide a platform for innovation, and cultivate the next generation of life sciences leaders in emerging global technologies, such as biotechnology, neuroscience, epidemiology, genomics, and many more.

/Dev/ Color- /dev/color is a global community of Black software engineers, technologists, and leaders focused on career growth, community building, and creating pathways for Black talent in tech through programming, mentorship, and industry partnerships.”
