Dr. Walley has over 30 years of Life Science business experience, having served as an Executive at Procter & Gamble, Gillette/Oral-B Laboratories and Arm & Hammer and CEO of early-stage Pharma/Biotech companies. Darlene is very skilled in the launch of products/companies, raising capital and improving performance. Darlene works with start-up companies, investment firms and serves on the Board of Directors of several companies.
Dr. Walley has led CRO’s and launched over 100 products in the OTC, Rx and Medical Device areas. She has raised over $100M with 5 successful exits totaling over $1B. Dr. Walley is currently the CEO of NEXT Life Sciences focused on Reproductive Health Care. She holds 12 patents, largely dealing with consumer health products, and over 13 publications.
Dr. Walley received a BA in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.

Dan Olschwang is the creator of The Hero Journey Guide and a transformation coach helping individuals reconnect with clarity, truth, and authentic leadership. Before dedicating himself fully to this work, Dan spent more than 25 years in the global high-tech industry, where he led multinational teams, managed complex projects, and oversaw multimillion-dollar operations across five continents. His work took him to more than 50 countries, giving him hands-on experience in leadership, innovation, high-pressure decision-making, and building meaningful connections with people from all walks of life.
Over time, his journey expanded beyond traditional leadership into the deeper work of human transformation. Drawing on psychology, trauma work, neuroscience, and contemplative traditions, Dan developed an approach that helps people move through internal barriers and reconnect with what is most essential within them.
Today, Dan coaches individuals and groups through immersive experiences designed to foster self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful personal growth, inviting people to lead their lives with greater honesty, depth, and purpose.
