​What to expect

• ​Plenaries, panels, workshops and circles centering youth, community voices, policymakers, and Indigenous innovators

• ​The Indigenous Tech Expo — a curated floor of Indigenous-led startups showing products, skills, and community-built solutions

• ​Ceremony and investor moments that surface ventures and put capital in the room with the people building

​The three days

• ​Day 1 · Tue Jan 26 — Expo & Circles. The Expo floor opens alongside seated circles on data sovereignty, storytelling and game design, and Nations in major projects. Closes with an evening reception.

• ​Day 2 · Wed Jan 27 — Plenaries, Labs & Investment. Opening blessing from Musqueam Elder Mary Point. Main-stage panels, hands-on AI and cyber labs, investor spotlight, and the Indigenous Venture Challenge funding announcement — capital awarded on-site.

• ​Day 3 · Thu Jan 28 — Culture, Infrastructure & Build. Protecting culture in what we build. Lightning talks on tech for language revitalization. Creator labs. Infrastructure for sovereignty: energy, housing, data centres. Closing remarks and blessing.
