2026 marks five years of Equals Role Model Campaigns. This is your invitation.
THE IMPACT SO FAR
Five years ago, Equals set out to make female talent in technology, leadership and entrepreneurship impossible to ignore. Today, the numbers speak for themselves: over five hundred role models insights, more than half have progressed into new or more senior roles. Visibility isn't only symbolic, but also a growth propeller that we want to continue to promote because you can’t be what you can’t see.

You are welcome to arrive from 10:30 and start connecting with fellow role models in inspiring conversations.
We will kick off our celebration at 11:00, hosted by Awura Abena Simpe, with a welcome note by Amsterdam’s Mayor Femke Halsema.
Following, keynote Marion Mulder will unpack the overt gender dynamics that play into AI & technology, revealing how these systems that are shaping our world are rarely ever neutral.
At 12:00, Britt Jacobs (speakers’ agency & academy A Cup of Ambition) will introduce their mission around women's visibility, in every space, including your next meeting, and launch a conversation starter to spark meaningful connections.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, role models, partners and professionals from across the Dutch ecosystem will come together in our space to do what Equals' community does best: exchange stories that strengthen each other's voices.
