2026 marks five years of Equals Role Model Campaigns.

Five years ago, Equals set out to make female talent in technology, leadership and entrepreneurship impossible to ignore. Today, the numbers speak for themselves: over five hundred role models insights, more than half have progressed into new or more senior roles. Visibility isn't only symbolic, but also a growth propeller that we want to continue to promote because

During the event, we invite you to explore conversations that matter the most to you. Feel free to stick around, connect and grab a bite as there will be delicious lunch snacks available.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, role models, partners and professionals from across the Dutch ecosystem will come together in our space to do what Equals' community does best: exchange stories that strengthen each other's voices. The more of us that show up, the clearer the path becomes for those coming after us.

If you trust representation is a driver for change, then join us in a morning of celebration, amongst the company of those who value the importance of visibility.

We are ready to celebrate how far we have collectively come with you.

Secure your spot & be part of this milestone.
