Jessie Lam brings 20 years of experience in finance and investments, with a career that has spanned New York, Hong Kong, Poland, Bahrain, and beyond. As a Venture Partner at AiiM Partners, she leverages her deep operating and investment expertise to help industrial companies scale, having worked directly with over 70 portfolio companies. She invests in visionary founders building the future of data-driven infrastructure, investing in enterprise technologies across three foundational domains: infrastructure, supply chain, and manufacturing, fueling innovation in industries critical to the future of the global economy.
Jessie previously served as Partner & CFO at Brinc, a global venture accelerator specializing in supply chain, manufacturing, and robotics. Her strategic and operational leadership has driven impactful outcomes across diverse industries. Earlier in her career, Jessie was a quantitative valuation specialist in Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income at Credit Suisse, Citigroup, and Ernst & Young. She is also a sought-after speaker, having presented at leading industry events such as TEDx, Collision, and RISE. Jessie earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is a licensed CPA in New York.
