​We brought together a few people solving meaningful problems and genuinely reshaping the world around them. This is Human Library, your chance to sit with them directly, no book required.

​The KINN's magic has always been its people, builders, founders, and creatives across tech, wellness, media, hospitality, and impact, who choose honesty over image and show up with curiosity and courage.

​People who take what they're building seriously, and believe showing up for each other is part of how you build a better world.

​How do we navigate a world moving this fast? VOL/1 brings together three people, each holding a different piece of that question, sustainability, technology, spirituality, so we can talk it through together, hear new perspectives, and maybe walk away with a spark of our own.

​Annie has spent 30+ years turning global systems thinking into real climate and community action. Co-Founder of Earth Rights Institute, now CMO of iQsonics and a strategic partner at Devconia.

​Stanley Bishop, Technology + Healthcare

​Stanley builds AI to fight rare diseases at the intersection of machine learning and medicine. He's designed deep learning clusters at Google, and now works with Research to the People, a Stanford program focused on rare disease and precision oncology.

​Kyle Megrue, Spirituality + Ethics

​Kyle moves between business and healing, now leading HOME to help families build lasting connection through clinical and somatic work.

​What to Expect:

• ​Conversation, our three anchors open with their perspective on the state of the world, each through the lens of their own background, where things stand, the impact they're seeing, and where they believe the solutions lie

• ​Human Library, from there, break into smaller groups with the anchor whose world pulled you in, and go deeper into the same threads, the current situation, the impact, and the solutions they're working toward

• ​Tactile Moments, a watercolor corner to sit, relax, and make something with your hands

• ​Unlimited Craft Tea, all three hours

• ​Kyo Cafe is also open if you'd like to purchase coffee, cacao, or matcha

​Chao Dou is an experience architect, embodiment activator and artist. Raised between China, the United States, and Singapore, she grew up watching her grandfather turn their living room into a space for the community, offering free treatments to anyone around them. Healing began with listening to the body.

​With over a decade of architecture, interior design, and workplace strategy across those same three countries, she brings a rare understanding of how environment, culture and body shape each other.

​Her practice chaosmos creates playgrounds for rediscovering your body, creativity, and sense of aliveness - through multisensory experiences that blend movement, intuition, art, and collective play. Guided by the belief that 'knowledge is only a rumor until it lives in the body', she designs spaces where the thinking mind and the sensing body meet.
