• ​11:30 AM – 12:20 PM: Guided 50-minute hot yoga flow – energizing, beginner-friendly, and led by Ritual's expert instructors

• ​12:20 PM – 1:30 PM: Post-flow networking hour – enjoy refreshing Ritual Zero Proof drinks, connect with other MG members, and take home a curated goodie bag!
