Join Monday Girl and Spring Fertility for a restorative Sunday morning dedicated to connection and women’s health. Unwind with a Yin Yoga Sound Meditation class, meet other Bay Area members, and learn more about Spring Fertility’s mission to support women at every stage & our special offer only available for Monday Girl members.
Schedule
👋12:15 PM - Arrival. Guests are to arrive and check in with the Equinox front desk and your MG Ambassador, Jasmine.
12:30 PM - Introduction to Spring Fertility.
1:15 PM - Yin Yoga Sound Meditation Class. Enjoy a relaxing Yin Yoga Sound Bath class in the main studio. All necessary equipment will be provided by Equinox.
💃 2:00 PM - Post-Class Social at Equinox. Mingle and network with your fellow MGs over light refreshments in the beautiful space at Equinox Union St. Smoothie included
