Cooking Class: Dumplings & Wine
Roll up your sleeves, pour a glass of wine, and master the art of the perfect Japanese dumpling.
There are few things more satisfying than eating a perfectly crispy, juicy dumpling except maybe eating one that you folded with your own hands!
Join us at Escala House for an interactive and hands-on cooking workshop. We are bringing the community together to learn the traditional techniques behind crafting delicious Japanese dumplings (gyozas).
An expert will guide us step-by-step through the process: from mastering the delicate folding and pinching techniques to the secret of getting that perfect golden-brown crisp in the pan.
The Best Part? The Reward.
Cooking is always better with a glass in hand. Wine is fully included throughout the workshop to keep the creative juices flowing. Once our creations are cooked to perfection, we will all sit down together to eat our handmade dumplings, sip more wine, and connect.

The Location: Escala House
ESCALA is not a standard restaurant; it is a multidisciplinary art and design space. It functions as a hybrid between an art gallery, a design showroom, and a private culinary studio. The philosophy of the space is to blur the lines between "exhibition" and "living," making it the perfect backdrop for an event where art is served on a plate.
