Together, we’ll explore how narrative, distribution systems, and content can become portals to create new possibilities, personally and professionally.

    One of Madrids latest new openings, Dantte offers a contemporary and distinctive take on Madrid’s gastronomy scene. With a concept described as “Bastard Italian Cuisine”, chef Dante Liporace boldly fuses Italian tradition with Argentine influences, taking diners on a personal and unexpected culinary journey.

    What to expect on the menu:

    A Michelin standard tasting menu will be shared with our registered guests in alignment with your food preferences with wine, beer, water & soft drinks included.

    Menu highlights include the so-called “thinnest pizza in the world,” made with a rice base that challenges convention without compromising flavor. The concise but character-packed menu also features standout dishes such as black risotto with chinchulines, veal Milanese with provolone foam, and pizza served in a glass—complemented by a refined selection of wines.

    Dantte offers a cozy yet elegant atmosphere with cosmopolitan touches, evoking the charm of New York’s Little Italy.
