​How do you build the systems around an AI model that let you test, evaluate, and improve its performance?

​Join Tomasz Kolinko and Anna Kubasiak for the first workshop of Warsaw Model Trainers — a full week dedicated to learning how small, specialised AI models are trained and put to the test.

​The session will introduce the thinking behind harness building and give you a practical foundation for the 46-hour hackathon taking place later that week. No previous experience in model training is required.
