About Event

You use Notion to stay organised. You use Gmail and Google Calendar to stay in the loop. But moving things between them? That's still on you.

In this workshop, we'll fix that. Live, in the room.

We'll connect Claude directly to your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Notion. Then watch it do its magic. It reads your inbox and calendar, extracts what matters, and creates tasks in Notion. Automatically. No paid Notion AI plan required.

What we're building

First, a clean tasks and projects database in Notion, built from scratch. Then we connect Claude to your Google account and point it at your workspace. From there: real emails in, real tasks out.

How the evening runs

6:00pm — Doors open. Drinks, snacks.
6:30pm — We build. Live, together.
7:30pm — Compare notes, grab a drink.
8:00pm — Head home with a working setup.
