Zero To Claude Code: Build Real Software Without Any Technical Skills
Claude Code is Anthropic's command-line coding agent, and it's quietly becoming the most powerful tool non-technical founders never knew they needed. Give it a description of what you want, and it builds it. Not a mockup. Not a prototype. Actual, working software.
But getting started means opening a terminal, and that's where most people close the laptop and go back to Canva. This workshop is for those people.
In this hands-on online session, I'll walk you through everything from first install to first working project — no coding experience required, whether you're on Mac or Windows. We'll set up your development environment from scratch, get Claude Code running, and by the end of the session you'll have built and deployed a simple but functional web application using nothing but natural language and a bit of nerve.
We'll start with the basics — getting your machine ready with the right tools and understanding just enough about the terminal to not be scared of it. Windows users, we'll get you set up with WSL so you're on a level playing field. Then we'll install Claude Code, walk through how to talk to it effectively, and tackle a real build together. You'll see exactly how to go from an idea in your head to something live on the internet, with Claude doing the heavy lifting.
This isn't a lecture. You'll be building alongside me in real time, and you'll leave with a deployed project you can point people to and say "I made that."
If you're a founder, freelancer, or creative who's been told you need a technical co-founder to build anything — this session is your counter-argument.
Requirements:
You will need a reasonably recent Windows or Mac computer or Laptop. Something from the last 3/4 years will likely work.
