We are capping the night at a limited number of startup pitches (ideally 4 from Japan, 4 from Aus) to ensure quality feedback.
3-Minute Pitch: Present via Zoom using your own slides.
Constructive Q&A: Live feedback from experienced founders and angel investors.
Supportive Environment: All feedback is shared in the spirit of growth - no pressure, no judgment.

Thao Pham (Japan) is a VC Analyst at Incubate Fund, a Japan-based seed-stage venture capital firm, where she supports business development and market research on emerging startup opportunities. She has experience across the venture ecosystem through work with Plug and Play Japan (Smart Cities) and brings a strong perspective on early-stage innovation, market validation, and what investors look for in fundable teams and scalable business models.
and Josh Easten Product Specialist (Australia):
Josh Easten (Australia) is a senior tech Product Manager with 10+ years’ experience building and scaling digital products across SaaS and online platforms in finance, EdTech, streaming entertainment, and logistics. Currently based in Australia, with experience across Japan and China, he has led product vision and growth strategy, helped scale platforms to 1M+ monthly active users, and driven improvements in monetisation and user experience while leading cross-functional agile teams. Josh brings a practical operator’s lens to judging, with a focus on product-market fit, customer insight, and scalable execution.
