Aliveness Circle [public]
What does it mean to be fully alive?
Not just okay. Not just functioning. But truly, deeply alive — lit up, present, and at home in yourself.
If you've been asking that question lately, or wondering why you stopped asking it, the Aliveness Circle is for you.
The Aliveness Circle is a space for builders, transitioners, leaders and changemakers who want to live with more authenticity, alignment and aliveness.
Each Circle moves through a journey together — from storytelling to stillness to creative expression to connection.
Facilitated by Vivien, whose own journey from non-aliveness led her to study and create spaces for people to come alive.

Closing embodiment practice to integrate your insights
This Circle is for you if:
Life looks good on paper, but something inside feels dim or constrained
You've been so focused on doing it all right that you've drifted from what actually feels true to you
You care deeply about your work and life, but you're burning out or losing yourself in the process
You're navigating a transition and wondering who you're becoming
You crave honest, meaningful connection — the kind where you don't have to perform
