Site Visit: Inside Car Part Time & Canada F1 Grand Prix Viewing Party
We’re hosting a small group of real estate developers and investors for a private evening at Car Park Time in Brooklyn, centered around a site visit of one of New York’s more distinctive automotive, hospitality, and experiential real estate concepts — followed by a viewing party for the Formula 1 Canada Grand Prix.
This is not a standard networking event. It’s a rare opportunity to step inside a highly creative Brooklyn venue built around cars, culture, design, and community — and to experience the space through the lens of programming, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and real estate value creation.
After the site visit, guests will settle in for a private Canada Grand Prix viewing alongside a curated room of peers across development, investment, ownership, and hospitality. Space is very limited, and attendance will be kept intentionally small.

Why Attend
The most interesting real estate projects today are not just buildings — they are programmed environments that create identity, community, and recurring reasons to gather.
This evening offers a chance to experience one of those concepts firsthand, while watching one of Formula 1’s most iconic races with a small, curated group of real estate peers.
