The event is completely free—transportation, accommodation, and meals are on us.

Pickup is scheduled on Saturday, 14th March 2026, between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM from Exide, Ultadanga, and Airport Gate No. 2.5.

Post-event drop will be provided on Sunday, 15th March 2026, by evening at the respective pickup locations.
