About Event

Are you ready to celebrate International Women’s Day in a female crowd? Take a moment to yourself this weekend and surround yourself with a group of ambitious young women in the heart of Warsaw! This session of Yoga is meant to help you relax, connect and leave inspired for the last few weeks of the year!

We are meeting at Omni Fitness & Spa! Please arrive 15min early to change and prepare for the session. Changing rooms and lockers will be available. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a bottle of water!

In order to reserve your seat, registration costs as much as you believe this ticket should cost between 15 PLN and 150 PLN. It’s completely your choice how much you'd like to give!

This event is ONLY for young women under 25 years old from Central Eastern Europe.

About the mentor:

Zosia Brzezinska is a wellness leader and founder of Namaste With Sophie, an online yoga school. Starting her career in wellness from a young age, Zosia now brings her passion for mindfulness and well-being to a wide audience. While studying at Yale University to expand her expertise in wellness coaching, she uses her background in yoga to help others find inner strength and balance.
