Blue Autumn is NYC’s first gentle sad party: an evening to explore your emotional blues through the three acts of Ivy Hermit’s blue oolong trilogy — each a different oxidation, a different shade of blue, a different feeling.

🌅 ACT I — AETHER LILT · 曉氣浮嵐
Dawn Blue — Light Oxidation (15–20%)
We begin with Aether Lilt, “where mist becomes breath.” A lightly oxidized high-mountain Taiwanese Dragon Phoneix Gorge oolong — the pale blue of beginnings, vulnerability, and quiet honesty.

After your first sip, wander to the Blue Wall, write your blue moment on the blue note a living archive of 2025. Your blue story becomes part of the collective fabric of the night.

🌒 ACT II — INKSTONE KILN · 暮岩焙韻
Dusk Blue — Deep Oxidation (60–70%)
As the performance begins, we serve Inkstone Kiln. From Wuyi’s volcanic soil and twice lychee-charcoal roasted, it holds dusk-blue: memory, depth, endings, and transformation.
🎶 Project 23.6°N carries this arc on flute, piano, and cello — moving from Dawn → Daylight → Dusk, showing how both tea and emotion deepen with time.

🌤️ ACT III — PORCELAIN MIST · 瓷霧晴川
Daylight Blue — Medium Oxidation (30–40%)
After the final note, we gather for Porcelain Mist, the daylight-blue of clarity, balance, and renewal. A medium-oxidized Eastern Guangdong single origin Dancong oolong that gently lifts the room toward light — the soft blue after reflection.
