This is an educational and experiential playshop exploring trees as kin.
Ever wondered how these incredible dynamic beings work? How we are related? Wanted to have a deeper understanding of trees?
Humans and trees nourish and balance one another in nature and community.
Trees can be our teachers, our allies, and are an essential part of our community here in Boulder.
We will co regulate with the trees, learn about their biology and nervous systems, come to understand our similarities, and move with the trees as we allow them to heal us and heal them in turn.
We will deepen our relationship with trees, and come to a deeper understand of their role in our lives and our community.
