「JAPAN AI STUDIO」は世界初のAI Agent-Nativeな汎用ワークスペース作成環境です。 これまでエンジニアでも複雑だったAIエージェント開発を、非エンジニアでも直感的に行えるように設計された、エンタープライズ向けのAIサービス開発・運用プラットフォームです。

2. 開発テーマは自由！あなたのアイデアを形に
「面接評価自動化ツール」のようなビジネス課題からあなた独自のアイデアまで、開発テーマは自由です。
レベル1：クイックスタート（主にノーコードで1日以内に実装可能）
経費精算・承認アシスタント
価値: 領収書のPDFを読み取り、社内規定と照合して金額や費目を自動チェック。承認・差し戻しの意見を生成し、異常な申請は経理担当者にアラートします。

Storage/Files,Knowledge(経費精算規定),Workflow,外部API(会計SaaS)
カスタマーサポートの一次トリアージ
価値: メールやヘルプデスクからの問い合わせ内容を解析し、自動でカテゴリ分類と優先度付けを実施。担当者への割り当てと回答文のドラフトまでを自動で行います。
使用リソース:
Custom Object(問い合わせ管理),Tools(分類器),外部API(Zendesk, HubSpotなど)
レベル2：応用レベル（MCP/外部APIの活用、2週間で完成可能）
営業提案・ROIシミュレーター
価値: CRM上の顧客情報と過去の類似案件（持ち込みデータ）を基に、顧客にパーソナライズされた提案書やROI（投資対効果）シミュレーションを自動生成します。
使用リソース:
Custom Object(顧客, 商談),Dataset(持ち込みの過去案件データ),外部API(Salesforceなど)
データインサイト・日次レポーター
価値: 定期的にデータベースに対してSQLクエリを実行し、得られた結果を基にグラフやサマリーを含むインサイトレポートを生成。Slackやメールで自動配信します。
使用リソース:
MCP(SQL Runner),Secret Vault(DB接続情報),Page(レポート表示画面)
レベル3：高度レベル（優勝を目指す方向け：マルチエージェント/高度な連携）
インシデントコマンダー（SRE向け）
価値: Datadogなどの監視アラートをトリガーに、関連するRunbook（手順書）を特定。Slackにインシデント対応用のチャンネルを自動開設し、復旧対応を主導。事後レビューレポートの生成までを担います。
使用リソース:
Custom Object(インシデント管理),Workflow,外部API(Datadog, PagerDuty, Slack)
M&Aデューデリジェンス（DD）・副操縦士
価値: 対象企業の資料（データルーム）を丸ごと取り込み、リスクや契約上の義務などを自動でリストアップ。DDに必要な質問リストを生成し、進捗管理までをサポートします。

Knowledge/Pages(DDワークブック),Custom Object(リスク管理),Workflow

4. 事前オンライン課題＋1DAYオフラインの２段階形式
事前オンライン開発期間（11月21日〜12月5日）
ご自身のペースで開発を進められるよう、約2週間前から開発環境を提供します。当日の発表に向けて、プロダクトの作り込みを行ってください。
DiscordでのQ&Aサポートも充実しているので、安心して課題に取り組めます。
1DAYオフラインハッカソン（12月7日）
事前課題で取り組んだ内容をさらにブラッシュアップし、成果物を完成させます。チームでの開発作業はもちろん、ランチや懇親会を通じて参加者同士のネットワーキングも楽しめます。

Value: Reads receipt PDFs, cross-references them with company policies, and automatically checks amounts and expense categories. Generates approval/rejection recommendations and alerts accounting staff about unusual claims.

Customer Support First-Level Triage
Value: Analyzes inquiries from email or help desk, automatically categorizes and prioritizes them, assigns them to staff, and drafts responses.
Resources Used: Custom Object (inquiry management), Tools (classifier), External API (Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.)
Level 2: Applied Level (Using MCP/External APIs, completable in 2 weeks)
Sales Proposal & ROI Simulator
Value: Based on CRM customer data and similar past projects (brought-in data), automatically generates personalized proposals and ROI simulations for customers.
Resources Used: Custom Object (customers, deals), Dataset (brought-in past project data), External API (Salesforce, etc.)
Data Insight Daily Reporter
Value: Periodically executes SQL queries against databases, generates insight reports with graphs and summaries based on results, and auto-distributes them via Slack or email.
Resources Used: MCP (SQL Runner), Secret Vault (DB connection info), Page (report display screen)
Level 3: Advanced Level (For those aiming to win: Multi-agent/advanced integration)
Incident Commander (for SRE)
Value: Triggered by monitoring alerts from Datadog, identifies relevant runbooks, automatically creates incident response Slack channels, leads recovery efforts, and generates post-incident review reports.
Resources Used: Custom Object (incident management), Workflow, External API (Datadog, PagerDuty, Slack)
M&A Due Diligence Co-Pilot
Value: Ingests entire data rooms of target company documents, automatically lists risks and contractual obligations, generates DD question lists, and supports progress management.

3. Network Directly with Working Engineers from AI Startups
Engineers who work on JAPAN AI STUDIO will be on-site as mentors to support your development. Beyond technical advice, you can talk directly with them about company culture and work styles—a great opportunity to accelerate your career!
4. Two-Stage Format: Pre-Event Online Challenge + 1-Day Offline
Pre-Event Online Development Period (November 21 – December 5) We'll provide the development environment about two weeks in advance so you can work at your own pace. Refine your product for the day-of presentation. Discord Q&A support will be available, so you can tackle the challenge with confidence.
1-Day Offline Hackathon (December 7) Further polish what you worked on during the pre-event period and complete your deliverable. Beyond team development work, you'll enjoy networking with other participants through lunch and social events.

Q: Can non-engineers participate? A: The product we're using is an AI platform that makes it easy for anyone to create tools. Even those without development experience can participate.
Q: Can I participate individually? A: We accept both individual and team participation. If you register alone but want to work in a team, we'll assign you to one.
Q: Can I participate online on the day of the event? A: We apologize, but the day-of event is offline only.
